Ordered a burrito, timing was not an issue, however in the span of 15 mins my burrito was ice cold, tastes like absolute garbage and somehow soggy, my guess is ingredients are put in cold and pressed but that doesn't heat all thw way through. Very disappointed and will never order from this chain again..taco bell has more efficiency

Burrito was pretty mediocre, not great, not terrible
Tulsi went above and beyond when I came in today. Which pushed me out of comfort zone to try the twisted shrimp in a bowl and it is amazing !
