Very unprofessional, my insurance was charged over $1200. For 1 drug screening! I went there for 3 yrs charged $300 each month, com to find out charging other patients $200! They bill insurance for drug screening although will not accept insurance for services! When you ask questions you get removed from program. Do yourself a favor do not go here
