Neighbors are loud upstairs between the kids jumping and the music you will get no sleep. You can try to complain to the leasing office but they will brush you Might be cheap rent but for a few more bucks you will get sleep. They literally play music from 1 am until the next day. I have multiple video recording of how bad it is. The neighbors even destroyed property of mine and i was never paid back. Here is proof the leasing office allows them to block the entrance of the building.
The phone number is invalid and no one comes to the door. I rang the bell twice. I just wanted an application for an apartment.
