Go elsewhere! I’ve visited several times and was truly never impressed with the haircuts but Austin seems to lack experiences barbers. On top of that, I called 2 hours prior to an appointment to reschedule due to a work conflict, and they happily still charged me for my appointment without mentioning this.
Honestly, at first, I was skeptical. I've been in Austin for the better part of 15 years and seen dozens of barbershops rise and fall.
