I could not have chosen a better realtor than Barbie Summers to handle my home sale! There is so much to say and words cannot only describe the service she gives, you have to see her in action!!! Barbie dived in from the first day she was contacted and set up a plan and process to deliver the best outcome for me that was available. She worked side by side with me, potential buyers, lawyers, title company, inspection to make sure all bases were covered and I was updated on a continuing basis throughout. If I could add a sixth star to this review I would. Barbara made the process so simple, and handled it with the utmost professionalism. For a first time home buyer, or any home buyer for that matter, Barbara is the agent for you. I would recommend her to anybody in the Hampton Roads area, and will certainly come back to her for any listing in the future.

I've worked with Barbie on 5 real estate transactions since 2017. She is hyper organized, goes the extra mile, truly cares about her clients, and really understands the market around the 757. Her advice is sage, no fluff, which is exactly what you need to make informed decisions. I recommend her to everyone I know buying or selling a home.
