Barber arrived late no apologies where given, the haircut was not what was asked for even after explaining a couple of times. And the beard… the beard was butchered half one side was way up under and the other low it is uneven and the barber was asked not to go to short and he indeed went to short and lopsided. Will never go to this shop again. EDIT: Owner contacted my husband personally about the haircut and apologized and also offered to rectify the situation with a refund or a new cut by him personally. I was searching for a good barbershop in Knoxville and came across this place, which seemed promising. I made an appointment for my fiancé, as we’re getting married tomorrow. He specifically asked for a low fade and provided the barber with detailed instructions on what he wanted. Unfortunately, the result was far from what he requested.
