Always have such a pleasant experience getting our carpets cleaned. John is very responsive, thorough and just overall a personable guy. Carpets always turn out great! Highly recommend!
Affordable, Easy to schedule, very responsive and my carpet looks great! I even scrubbed my carpet in the high traffic area with a white towel while it was damp and it came out clean! Very impressed! Already referred them to a friend as well!
This company does not stick to what they tell you. I had my stairs and living room "cleaned" when I woke up the next day after the supposed "drying time" the carpet and stairs were still wet and also smelly and when I turned the lights on I was horrified to see dirt streaks all the way down the stairs and multiple areas on livingroom carpet that had not even been touch by the cleaner, I usually dont do reviews but this got me so upset. Very impressed! I couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Our carpets needed to be cleaned, especially the high-traffic areas that get used every day. I didn’t think they could look this good again. They worked quickly, were professional, and got out tough spots. If you’re on the fence about getting your carpets cleaned, do it, and definitely go with this company. They went above and beyond my expectations!
