I feel sorry for writing this since and Francesco and team are very nice, positive and talkative people! Nevertheless, I still have to suffer because my hair was totally ruined. More than a week ago, I had an appointment with Francesco and not only that he cut off way too much hair, he also completely changed form and proportion of my hairstyle by cutting off the Parietal ridge.
