Not pleased with the food- was expecting better. My mashed potatoes tasted instant (yuck!)

i.e., AThe dining experience was horrendous. I ordered prime rib well done and told the server that I specifically wanted it that way. I received my first meal, well overcooked and I noticed that it had been grilled. Something I had never had, prime rib with grill marks. I told the server that it was not acceptable and asked for a second piece. I cut it open and again, it was well overcooked.
