I've lived in athens for 16 years barbs is usually good everytime. At least they are helpful and polite. Never had a problem downtown, but this location is employed by people who think its the customers job to put up with them. My SO is autistic and struggles with communicating so he usually gives his order in a particular way that ensures they are made correctly. Great service
You should probably try a different location.... or restaurant in general. I placed an online order at this location and after getting back to my job I find they havent given me the queso cup I ordered AND have forgotten to add the guacamole to my burrito which is an upcharge. On top of that, I ordered two burritos and a queso cup (which admittedly they forgot) and only got a half bag of chips!
