I paid 31 dollars for nachos that came out burnt. When I asked for a simple remake, the staff refused. And to be blunt, it didn’t feel like they were listening or understanding plain English. That’s not the customer’s failure. And to make it worse, they couldn’t even clearly explain the sauces on their own menu. That kind of money buys more than burnt food and a shrug. DO NOT EAT HERE! I am completely disgusted and dissatisfied. My first time ordering here from DoorDash! I love Barberitoes salad! I buy the same thing all the time from hwy 29 location in Athens. This time I paid for a salad that lacked many ingredients I paid extra for! They gave me a bag of grease as chips! The food I spent 17 dollars on was not even edible. Husband ordered a bowl and my ground turkey quesadilla. Hugs bowl was fine. However, my quesadilla was an oily mrsss. It was falling apart it was so oily. I had the exact same quesadilla at another location last week. The outside was dry. Not oily. I could hold it and it was dry in the outside. It was not oily and falling apart.
