I hadn't been to a Barberito's in quite a while. Ran by the one in Five Points today to grab lunch to go. The service was lack luster, the food was bland, and the chips were TERRIBLE! Stale and chewy like they had been sitting there for 2 or 3 days. --- DOUBT IF I'LL BE GOING BACK THERE.
It’s been a bit since I’ve eaten at Barb’s but was pleased with my burrito bowl. Prepared to my order, fresh and delicious.
Somehow this store CONTINUOUSLY manages to mess up orders. Not once has my order been correct, it’s truly astounding how much they can mess up. The staff doesn’t speak, is incredibly rude, and DOES NOT CARE. No one even cares to pick up the phone either. How can you be managed so poorly??
There is one guy that works there that is a miss, but the food is a hit. Same guy on 3 visits: 1st) No eye contact. Stared at my daughter the whole time 2nd) Told us we needed to leave because closing early. 3rd) Tried to charge me for something I didn't receive. It took another worker (the one that actually helped me) to tell him I didn't get the extra cost item before he removed it. I like the food, but not this location because of him.
