Ive been meaning to leave this review for some time, but now that I have moved from NY and struggling to find a barber, Im left with just memories of good hair cuts. Very proud to say I was one of Marcus' first customers five years ago (and before that at his old spot). He's the best! Super friendly, super efficient and always professional. Super psyched that my boys (8 and 11) now get their hair cut by Marcus and Rollin, too.

I've always hated getting my hair cut, that is, until I found Marcus. The man is an artist. I never know what I want to do with my hair. He takes my vague instructions and creates a masterpiece. I've never been to a barber who is so thorough either. He NEVER misses a single hair. It's incredible. The appointments are scheduled in 30 min intervals and he almost never runs over. I'm in and out in half and hour. No drawn out process. Also, the glass of bourbon when I come in is always a welcomed perk!
I had been looking for a great place to get my hair cut for over a year and hence, tried many throughout Downtown NYC (Soho, West Village, Chelsea, etc.) when I finally stumbled upon Marcus. Absolutely, hands down an amazing experience all the way through. Marcus is an incredibly nice guy and he has tremendous skill, which is recognized by myself and always several friends/colleagues each time I get my hair cut. Truly psyched that I found this place... highest recommendation from me!
