My appointment was scheduled for 10/18 at 11:00 AM, but at 11:03 after calling the intercom multiple times to be let in I got a text asking me to come back at 12:30. When I asked if Ari couldn’t accommodate the original time, I got a response simply saying “I’m running a lil late I apologize”. Very unprofessional and the failure to keep a scheduled appointment defeats the very purpose of scheduling in the first place.
Ari is a five star barber, I had a mess of hair walking in and walked out with the best cut! They took their time, were very meticulous and methodical. Would highly recommend. Overall very pleased, definitely recommend.
Great shop, Great Barber! Loved my cut and the conversation was the icing on the cake! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Ari, your skills are unmatched 🙌
