Now I know why the barber keeps you turned away from the mirror until the end. I got a haircut and beard trim. The haircut was average, nothing spectacular, but I am severely disappointed with the beard trim. I made it clear I wanted to keep the length and just trim things up to make it even - easy enough. Well, the finished product had a 2 inch bald spot and a complete uneven beard. Trimmed way to short on one side and longer on the other and it was very obvious.
