I asked for a haircut and beard trim... I didn’t feel the connection with the barber about what I always look for in a haircut.... The barber - I had prior had the day off, but I wanted to get one done anyways... When the barber states they’re the “Beard Master” you feel confident they’ll do a good job.... This experience had been the worst... It felt rushed, and my beard’s neck line was never cleaned up... My bangs are not cleaned up either... I’m giving a 2 out of 5 stars for service
