I personally love living here, but it is hard to get a hold of the office. The other night I had an emergency with a strange noise coming from the utility closet and I could not get in touch with anyone to come check it out. I was very concerned but luckily it wasnt anything too serious this time. The noise did continue on and off for several hours at a time. Maintenance came to fix the problem today.
