Stephen Romero is a real professional. Awesome story too: he started off as a front desk guy at the store and ended up getting trained in house and at school. He gives a phenomenal cut and beard trim. My go to guy for all things swag. Also he’s somehow only a junior barber which is a big gap from his talent level and price point. Book him asap before his rate goes up. Epic work.

Walked halfway across town to get a touch up which had been on my calendar for 2 weeks (an appointment they recommended I schedule) only to find that they canceled my appointment because I never responded to a call (that I never received). Completely unskilled at cutting medium length hair, overpriced, grossly unprofessional. Dan and Barbara do not know how to handle clients and I was left completely shocked at how these two conduct themselves. I have medium length hair pushed back naturally.
