Walked halfway across town to get a touch up which had been on my calendar for 2 weeks (an appointment they recommended I schedule) only to find that they canceled my appointment because I never responded to a call (that I never received). Completely unskilled at cutting medium length hair, overpriced, grossly unprofessional. Dan and Barbara do not know how to handle clients and I was left completely shocked at how these two conduct themselves. I have medium length hair pushed back naturally. I was looking to book an appointment here because the shop is conveniently located near me, but I was surprised to see that several of the barbers specifically state that they do not offer fades or skin fades. That honestly doesn’t make much sense for a business marketing itself as a barbershop. Fades are one of the most fundamental and widely requested barbering techniques.
