I’ve been a repeat customer here for years — oil changes, transmission fluid service, alternator replacement, belt/tensioner, brake flushes. I trusted Barber Honda with my Accord. Don’t take your car here. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they are but they are scamming nonetheless. Tried to tell me it would take 2 hours to install an alternator (30 min job) and their labor rate is almost $200 an hour. They also tried telling me it took an hour to replace an o ring seal for the power steering pump which is also maybe a 10 min job. $900 later and my car still has the same issues I brought it in with. Don’t bother trying to call for anything they don’t answer any of there phones tried calling for about two hrs and no answer but you can leave a message and they might call you back (not)

Worst customer service! I waited over 40 minutes to not be attended. Please do not come here as they do not care about their customers.
