I got an oil change and estimates on discovered problems. They asked me if I wanted the tires rotated. I said yes. They neglected to tell me that that is an additional $36 charge (I get those free at my tire store). I noticed this after getting home on the receipt.

I wish I had looked at reviews before using the regular service dept here. I've been trying to get info on my car that I left with them on Wed of last week and not a single person seems to be able to tell me anything. They keep telling me to talk to my service advisor which is impossible since she hasn't answered any calls or been there any time I have called or stopped by. We're going on day 5. This is the most disgusting customer service I've ever dealt with. The lady who actually answered any call today was rude as well.

I’ve been a repeat customer here for years — oil changes, transmission fluid service, alternator replacement, belt/tensioner, brake flushes. I trusted Barber Honda with my Accord. That trust is now gone. I had my car towed here for a spark plug extraction. I was told it would be inspected within 2–3 days. Over a week later, nothing had been done. Don’t take your car here. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they are but they are scamming nonetheless. Tried to tell me it would take 2 hours to install an alternator (30 min job) and their labor rate is almost $200 an hour. They also tried telling me it took an hour to replace an o ring seal for the power steering pump which is also maybe a 10 min job. $900 later and my car still has the same issues I brought it in with.
