Went in for my first oil change on my commuter/hybrid and I was there for 3 hours. I have never had such a bad experience for just a simple oil change. It was my day off so I expected to wait for a reasonable time. Maybe even a little more. So I even stopped for breakfast on my way. Was told they no longer accept appointments for oil changes when I called. When I pulled in, there were 3 lanes. There were 3 cars in front of me including the car being serviced in the bay. Drove into this Honda dealership for a bad battery—simple fix, right? Shop was nearly empty, barely any customers, 2 mechanics working 1 standing around, and they tell me I'm 'next in line,' it'll be about 40 minutes. Cool, I'll wait. Over AN HOUR AND A HALF later, my car's still sitting there with the hood popped like a forgotten science project. Thanks for the excellent customer service by Alexis, who checked me in, kept me notified of what needed to be done and showed me consideration and kindness. Barber Honda has always given trustworthy service to us, and even if you pay a little more here it’s well worth the price.

Been waiting in this express service line for Over An Hour and haven’t talked to a single employee yet. 3 cars pulled up after me and the employees who Finally came out to help, almost 2hours later goes to their cars before coming to mine. Not worth the wait. No wonder why I got an oil change somewhere else last time I needed one.
