Walked in with a pre approved loan with bad credit and Melinda worked on getting me a loan with a better rate than what I already had. She worked all week contacting me to get information or something emailed so when I went back down all I had to do was start signing and drive away with my car. Would highly recommend Barber Ford and Melinda in the Exeter branch.

Bought a car yesterday from Kathy Jo. She is awesome! She knows about the cars and gets you all set up before you leave.
We just purchased a used 2015 F150 for one of our service managers and couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. Kathy Jo made the whole process a breeze. When we went to pick up the truck we were on site barely 20 minutes. In and out, no sitting around waiting to get paperwork signed. 10/10 would buy another vehicle here.

Not sure how this stays in business. I test drove a vehicle, never heard from the salesperson. A week later went to look at the vehicle again. It has been 2 weeks since and still haven’t heard from any salespeople. I was very interested in buying the vehicle but ended up buying elsewhere. All these good reviews must Be from friends and family members
