I bought a car and it had issues. over the course of 4 weeks i had to keep returning it. With the assistance of Joe and Bill Williams I explained my issue. I told them i wanted to get a different car. They set me up with a F150. Bill is an Excellent Person and doesn't have that Typical "CAR SALESMAN" Style. Kathy Joe was an amazing help with buying my used 2017 f350 platinum. I was a buyer from 400 miles away, she had all the paperwork set up over text message, and driver to pick me up at airport. Once arriving to dealer she had the truck all prepped and ready to go.. was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend barber ford and especially Kathy Joe!! Total false advertising. Sales man laughs and says ohh ya that price is wrong. But we can sell you something, if your looking to buy. Tried keeping me on the phone and convincing me to stop in. The old bait and switch.
This is my third vehicle I had bought there and never had a problem with any one of them my sales lady was Kathy Jo very good sales lady she worked hard for me to find me what I really want it and made sure I was very happy I would deal with her every time I go there she's an awesome woman and is a very good sales lady and does make sure you are very happy for before you leave there so why you go there ask for Kathy Jo you will be happy when you leave thank you thank Kathy Jo for helping me and very happy.
It’s 2 months to Christmas and today I purchased an early present for myself. Thanks to determination of KathyJo Donahue I’m behind the wheel of my 2020 Titanium Escape. KathyJo worked relentlessly to find a Magnetic Gray with a Saddle Tan interior. I can not thank KathyJo enough for her professionalism and dedication.
