Had car in for oil leak and suspension noise. Service techs say there was $6,000 of worn parts. Car is under aftermarket warranty. When warranty rep came to Ford garage mechanic would not lift car to show deficiencies or worn parts to the warranty rep. Ford service department then declined to do any of the work. Barber Ford is useless!

RecommendedHere’s to #14! I just purchased our family’s 14th car from Barber Ford. We’ve always been so happy with the service, but that’s not what keeps us going back. I was looking for a truck for a couple of weeks. All the dealers I went to or called gave me the run around. I found the truck I was interested in. Filled out the online questionnaire.
