I've been getting haircuts here for a year or two now and have been happy with my haircut every time. Great barber.
I rarely leave poor reviews, but when it comes to common courtesy issues, I have to. Long story short, waited 10 minutes as a walk-in for them tell me I should come back in 30 minutes. No problem. I come back 30 minutes later, wait 15 minutes and then they tell me that they have to prioritize someone who had an appointment booked. Next time just be honest with me instead of trying to “squeeze me in” and then blame your staff that she did not cut the hair quick enough for her to get to me.
