Echoing the in-store experience from the gentleman who served me this morning. Absolute legend! They also had their spices out on display for taste testing, which was a brilliant opportunity to gove several a try. Walked away with 3 OUTSTANDING flavours.
Returned faulty temp gauge from Ziggy to Hornsby Barbecues Galore this morning asking for replacement. First staff member took all details by questions and perusing receipts etc which took forever then handed over to another staff member who went through the whole process again also taking inordinate length of time made worse by serving another customer in the middle of my process!
