Hayden was amasing, found the problem and fixed our BBQ Very quickly and happily, and explained to me what the problem was so i could tell my Husband. Great Job Thank you Hayden

Great to see a surviving store that is still selling Ziggy BBQs and parts. Dropped in to grab some spares today, and experienced great customer service. Decent stock levels, and a decent range.
Rude ungrateful staff and almost charged us $60 over posted price
Not the place for any customer service. Young school kid perhaps at checkout who couldn’t be asked to check if they had any bags! Lazy and disinterested folk who clearly aren’t interested in any sales.
