Bought 2 expensive outdoor dining/lounger chairs. The fabric started rotting after 15 months even though the chairs were well under cover. Rang, but told they were out of warrantee. I explained fit for purpose and they asked me to email receipts photos etc which I did. They totally ignored it! Unfortunately it took a bad review to hear back. The cover was replaced so another star given.
Fantastic service from this local business. We had an BBQ issue & within 2 hrs of phoning the store, David was at our house & had the problem sorted. Recommend highly

Brought a Ziggy BBQ for my sister for Xmas and it is awesome! The staff were really helpful and gave me heaps of options to choose from. No upsetting just good old fashioned service
The owner should never be in the shop front talking to customers. 0 customer service or care. I felt so bad for the poor staff working there. Terrible.
