I’d like to give a big shout out to John and Neil from Coffs BBQ’s Galore. I recently had an issue with a Ziggy bbq that needed attention. The online customer service support was non responsive for almost a month and when they did respond in an email with a very obscure picture of how to fix one of the problems. Their call centre is in the Phillipines and while apologetic not particularly helpful. Sara the manager is absolutely useless doesn’t know what is going on or any product knowledge, Neil has lost the plot obviously has dementia or something going on, started talking to me about stocks and shares and the pain of getting old, I went to Morrison for my barbecue, service was so much more informative. I won’t be going back

The only place I'll shop for anything bbq related from now on. Even tho barbaques galore aren't the weber dealer Neil your friendly sales clerk showed incredible knowledge on the product and was so helpful finding exactly what I needed to get me cooking on my grill. Thank you guys, it's so great to find someone who knows what they are talking about.
Went into store today just looking for replacement barbecue Very helpful staff Gave me lots of info and was not pushy at all Returned later and purchased product Again the staff were very helpful and friendly Delivered our barbecue to the car and loaded it for us Thanks for great service and friendly attitude
