Went into store today just looking for replacement barbecue Very helpful staff Gave me lots of info and was not pushy at all Returned later and purchased product Again the staff were very helpful and friendly Delivered our barbecue to the car and loaded it for us Thanks for great service and friendly attitude

Called to ask about bbq cleaner guy on phone was no help. Didnt know what to use never offered to have a look at the product never gave me a price. Asked if he knows anyone who knows he said no an hanged up.

Avoid them at all costs. I was a loyal customer but I’ll never shop with them again. I bought a BBQ off them which turned out to be defect and it took months for them to replace it. They gave me another defect display unit (not even a brand new unit) and after the lid melted and it rusted in the first month, they wouldn’t refund me or give me store credit and took over 8 months to send me bits and pieces to replace the defect parts. Excellent range of bbq's & accessories makes it worth the trip alone. The staff were very friendly with plenty of bbq tips offered. Genuine customer service was absolutely refreshing 👌. We don't generally provide reviews on retailers like BBQ'S Galore, but we felt that their efforts required some recognition where deserved.
