Be careful buying from this chain. Everything is special order and nothing can be returned. I spent over $7000 on equipment for an outdoor island and the Blaze refrigerator was defective, it does not cool. Instead of just shipping a new one they are attempting to get a replacement from the manufacture. I could have ordered all my equipment online for less money but wanted to use a local vendor in case of issues like this. Bought natural gas patio heater on November 9th 2020 Received it 4 months later. Arman the manger was very nice explaining the delay is due to covid pandemic. Heater works well.
this place has what we need
The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had for our first built in barbecue we ordered a barbecue drop in that was estimated at 2 weeks beginning of August it took 4 months we finally got it end of December with every excuse imaginable COVID, the truck for delivery was slow, they couldn’t get it out of the port, they stopped making them in Texas, we had to switch suppliers, it was so unbelievably that is became funny.
