Four, plus a child went for dinner tonight. The restaurant was not busy. We waited a good 10 minutes for a server to arrive and another 10 to get our drinks. After ordering, it took exactly 28 minutes to get our food (and no hush puppies came with our catfish). My husband told the cashier it took a very long time to get our food, she stated it was because we had a large party.....4 people????? So sad as it was our go-to place for catfish
i had a 3 meat plate. All 3 meats were chopped and overcooked dry. My wifes ribs were dry too. Won't be going back. The sides were better than the meat.

All the food here is great. I usually get the brisket or chopped/pulled chicken plate. I am extremely picky with my potato salads.... but his place has the best potato salad, other than mom’s home cooking.
My first time there. Amazing wings! Amazing ribs! Amazing Mac n cheese! Love the hush puppies! I’ll be back next year when I’m back in town.
Probably my favorite restaurant in the area! Great food from the tender Baby Back ribs to the juicy chicken dishes to the fabulous fried catfish! Salads are crisp, fresh and loaded with delicious toppings and homemade dressings. Desserts are also a special way to end your meal. Great friendly staff that work hard to give you a wonderful dining experience!

The catfish today was not fresh, it had been Cooked, warmed, and recooked, several times. This is the first time this has happened to me. I told the girl at the register. For the price it should be fresh.
