The rib tips with house sauce is wonderful. The apple bake beans are the bomb.
The vedict... the Barbecue Company is amazing! I got the trio brisket, Adobe chicken and pulled pork with a side of blue cheese coleslaw, however the owner Andy threw in a handful of sides to sample including sweet baked beans, spicy scrap beans, chipotle bacon Mac and cheese, and seasoned red potatoes... amazing! Have never heard a negative word about this place and finally stopped here this evening. The food and service did not disappoint!! Delicious food, and despite the fact that Andy had probably put in a long day, he was so polite and friendly with us and all the customers we saw him interact with. Very good pork and sides, plus crazy great brisket ensures we'll be back! Andy, have a great US Open week!
