Made the drive out there just to try the place. I had bisket sandwich, my wife had the brisket and pulled pork sandwich. Even with the brisket coming from a steam table it had great smokey beef flavor. To many places have brisket that taste like pot roast this did not. Pulled pork had good flavor. John thanks for the comments and just to let you know the Asian salad is not ever on my menu as a daily item because it breaks down to quickly. It was a side dish from a catering job that i decided to put out to finish out the remainder i had left over! It was't stellar but something different! Glad you stopped in and hope to see you soon!
The wife and I stopped for lunch she had the brisket sandwich I had the pulled pork and brisket sandwich both were outstanding. Nice selection of sauces also.Blue cheese coleslaw also highly recommended.
Stopped in while passing through from Grafton to Oconomowoc. The brisket was thin sliced and extremely tender. Planning on going back this weekend for the ribs! Happy to finally find great BBQ in WI.
Had a fantastic brisket sandwich with the mac n cheese for a side. Went back in to tell them how happy I was and spent the next 20 minutes talking to the owner. He also let me try several other sides which were all delicious. We'll be going back soon.
It was a very good experience. Loved the food. Smoked to perfection! I had brisket and hubby had pulled pork. Both were to die for good! Full of flavor and lots of food. Also, the apple pie beans felt like I was eating desert! I will be back and will bring friends! Thanks Josh for the fast friendly service and conversation. We felt right at home. You all are doing something right!
I loved the slider plate. I really, really enjoyed the pulled pork and the chicken. Cheesy potatoes were really good as well. My husband got the ribs which he loved! Will definitely be back :)
