Buyer Beware of this store, the quality and service are unacceptable. I paid 50% upfront. 2 months later, I received the curtains. The curtains have no form what so ever. Three months later and I was told that they couldn't do anything to make them look better. It is was it is. I spent 3k on blackouts and curtains.
Highly recommend this company! Amazing workers who did an excellent job in my home. Even when there were a few issues, they came right away, fixed everything without hesitation, and only left after making sure I was completely satisfied. I just have to say thank you for Juan reyes y vicente they’re amazing, and the service is 100/100.
The curtains are made professionally and at a competitive price. They look great. The installer Juan Reyes made the entire difference. He was a true professional and had incredible customer service skills. Today I order another set of curtains for another room. I hope the communication from the selling team is better this time. I will follow up with a second review once the job is done.
