Extremely disappointing experience. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy was honestly unacceptable. Phone calls go unanswered, commitments are made—such as saying they will come the following day—and then there is no response or follow-up whatsoever. Have an issue with one of my curtains. Contacted the installer and fabricator, goes by the name of(JUAN).The most dissonerable person I ever met. I dont even know how that bussiness is still around. I was after him to come fix my curtain an for over a month, he would never show up. I finally went to his shop and let out my frustration and he still insisted he will go fix it. NEVER HAPPENED!! Do yourself a favor. DONT GO THERE!
