Have an issue with one of my curtains. Contacted the installer and fabricator,goes by the name of(JUAN).The most dissonerable person I ever met. I dont even know how that bussiness is still around. I was after him to come fix my curtain an for over a month, he would never show up. I finally went to his shop and let out my frustration and he still insisted he will go fix it. NEVER HAPPENED!! Do yourself a favor. DONT GO THERE!
Estoy encantada con el resultado! Las cortinas quedaron espectaculares y transformaron por completo mi sala. La calidad de la tela, el acabado y la instalación fueron impecables. Todo se ve moderno, elegante y acogedor. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Rosario y Juan por su profesionalismo, amabilidad y atención a cada detalle. Desde el primer momento me brindaron un excelente servicio y superaron mis expectativas. Los recomiendo al 100%. ¡Muchísimas gracias por hacer realidad el espacio que soñaba!
Les doy una estrella porque trate de concertar una cita y se demoraron dias en responder, me dan la cita presencial hoy y me dicen que ya vienen en camino y así me tuvieron varias horas y dos horas después de la hora de la cita me dicen que no vendrán que lo sienten y que harán el reembolso de los $200 q di por adelanto y es la hora y aún no me lo hacen. Demasiada falta de respeto y lo peor es que desde las 4pm no me contestaron más.
Muy complacida con el trabajo y muy curiosos me encantó el resultado y los especialistas Juan y su equipo muy profesional y amable los recomiendo 100%.
