I decided to visit this OMV office a second day in a row. The exceptional speed of service and customer service I received the day before was so amazing I had to try it again. The day before had not been an exception but normal operations. On this visit I was applying for a real ID. This day I was helped by Anna White. I was able to go directly from the check-in kiosk to Anna's window with no waiting. Anna was very polite and courteous. Anna had me in and out in a matter of minutes.
