Dr Rinkoff's manipulations felt aggressive to me. She places you on a heating pad while she treats another patient, then spends 5-10 minutes with you. This happened multiple times to me. When I told her to back off a bit or it's too much, she failed to listen and did not seem to care when I ended up being in more pain than when I started with her. She ends her appointments with trying to sell you additional treatments (not covered by insurance) with her cold laser machine - that are very very expensive. I ended up off worse ... read more
This provider through her aggressive cracking gave me two herniated discs. She didn't care at all either. I had several visits before where she seemed so nice but as soon as something went wrong, her phony nature was revealed. I would strongly recommend against this provider - way too risky. She landed me in the ER!
This provider extremely injured me - herniated 2 discs in my thoracic spine. She rushed through the visit. When I told her how hurt I was, she asked me to come back to help fix the situation and then charged me again. I landed myself in the ER I was in so much pain. Still have issues in that spot many years later. This is why chinos get bad reps.
