DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. They require that you take a drug test on your first visit as a new patient. I have NEVER heard of this before. I was sent a bill of $64 from Quest Diagnostics which is now going into collections for nonpayment. I have yet to get in touch with someone to dispute this. Had I known I would have to pay $64 for them to make sure I was not a drug addict before seeing them, I wouldn't have went there in the first place. So hopefully I can save you from the headache.
