Barbara has a stunning collection of diamonds in her vault, can brainstorm a way to get your wants, and clearly has been in the business a very long time. Would highly recommend making an appointment, you won't be disappointed! Oh and major perk....loaner ring of my choice (sized for me while I waited) while my original is being worked on. With the friendly, professional guidance of Barbara and Sarah, they were able to re-design my existing engagement ring, create an eternity band, two diamond necklaces and diamond earrings. I walked into this place thinking I was going to have my class ring repaired. As it turns out, they do not do repairs, but I was still amazed at the level of customer service they were willing to give to a person they weren't making money off of. Barbara spent nearly an hour examining my ring and trying to find the right diamond to fit inside the setting where one was missing. She wasn't able to fix the ring, but I left with a gift and a recommendation for where I should get it repaired. I got it repaired the next day, and i... read more
