Barbara has a very distinctive style. She's almost more of a life coach at times: she's very focused on action, isn't shy about telling you what she thinks you should do and will push you to do that. If you've always wanted a therapist who will TELL you what to do, she might be your therapist. I love this woman and her beautiful heart. She makes you feel extremely special and treats you as if you are dear friends. Her approach is compassionate and realistic. As well as being a therapist, she does incredible past life regressions and hypnotherapy.

Dr. Barbara is everything you could ask for in a therapist. She is calm, reasonable and dedicated but isn't afraid to challenge you. I am a natural skeptic of most things, but Dr. Barbara had ample amounts of suggested books for me to read that would add to our sessions. She is incredibly thoughtful and she has a true passion for what she does. I am so grateful for the sessions we shared and she really helped me sort through my cluttered mental space.
