These two ladies did an awesome job selling our Sun City home. Great teamwork and endless attention to details!!! Since Barbara lives and works in Sun City she's familiar with the HOA rules and requirements as well as being a great resource for local vendors. We highly recommend them.
Barbara went above and beyond our expectations. She made the experience of buying a home seem less. She did a virtual tour throughout the home and that was what allowed us to buy the home without seeing it. She was not in a hurry nor did she ever make us feel rushed, quite the opposite. She answered every question she had and has followed up after the purchase. A strong relationship was made in a short amount of time.
We were Tucson for the weekend and just closed our eyes and picked a realtor. We are so glad that the universe chose Avery. This was not an easy deal, both sides walked away, then came back, no part of it was easy or smooth. But Avery did a great job and we are happy in our new home.
