I felt overly challenged with being heard, the whole "If I sign you up right now how will I get paid" threw me for a loop. While I get your job is your job, learn to deal with people.

Richard Ernsberger (same firm) is a terrible communicator. Acts confused and wastes your time while acting like you're the one wasting his. He asked me a bunch of dumb questions -- "have you tried XYZ first" (of course I have, I wouldn't be calling if that was a good option) "why do you want to get rid of debt" (seriously!) etc only to then clarify he couldn't do anything. You can do better just about anywhere else in Pittsburgh. Steidl and Steinberg for Ch7, that's for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. One their attorneys contacted me back about an issue im having and he was a total jerk. When I called I told him there may not be anything that can be done about the situation, acknowledging I may be wasting mine and his time and apologizing for it. And he was a complete sarcastic smart alec
