Slowest visit ever 2 hrs for an eye exam,
very good Dr, friendly staff, nice clean office.
I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition that was in remission and had been receiving treatment at UC Davis. Unfortunately, after my health insurance changed, my new plan no longer covered UC Davis. Soon after, I began experiencing double vision in my left eye and urgently needed to see an ophthalmologist, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Barbara Arnold, who was listed as an in-network provider. It's been a long long time since I had my cataract surgery with her. I thought I had given a review but could not find one here. I had a postcard hidden in a CD case and it was one of her paintings. So I had a great experience with her. Her staff was excellent and she was wonderful and I felt I could trust her. I'm going to guess how long its been since I had the surgery, on both eyes...maybe 15 years...... I do not need reading glasses anymore and I see great. What more can I say....
One of my default tests of a medical office is to see if I can get someone on the phone quickly. The staff here was very responsive and friendly and were able to accommodate an appointment for my mom without issue. My mom loves working with Dr. Arnold and her team and she spent a lot of time explaining test results once the exam was over. Dr. Arnold is very active in the Sacramento community and it's great to meet someone so involved and caring. Highly recommended!
