Sometimes the wait is longer than expected. Other than that, he actively listens and takes steps to improve and whatever situation you're dealing with. I would give five stars if the waiting time wasn't so unpredictable. It has gotten much better since she moved to her new office in Hamden but there is room for improving wait time. She is very attentive and she cares.
She is compassionate and knowledgeable.
I could say a lot but this doctor is not at all what she seems She prescribe medication cannot get follow up..will no longer be seeing her saw her once second appointment she had me waiting too long spoke on phone a couple of times then no call on one appointment now she will not give me the refill needed until I find another doctor
Always a long wait. Even when I was first appointment of the day. She was late
Always atleast an hour wait, but up to 2 hr. wait time. Totally unacceptable.
Like many others have said she shouldn't still be practicing at all! Not only are the waiting times at least 2 hours, patients are triple booked on purpose which makes waiting even LONGER! My girlfriend ended up in the ER because she wouldn't see Dr. Orrok every week when she usually went once every 3 months, then every month, then every week! My girlfriend got sick & couldn't go & Dr. Orrok refused to refill her medicines because of it & went on vacation & my girlfriend takes medicine to sleep!
I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or office to my worst enemy. Terribly unprofessional and completely unsure why she is allowed to still practice. 2+ hour waits to be seen and blames her printer. She treats her patients like guinea pigs and is more interested in seeing how the medication works than her patients progress. Office is run down and doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. Her secretaries blast rap music and don’t seem to know what an excel spread sheet is. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
Very humanitarian doctor, respects and attends to your questions and concerns, looks at you as a whole and complex person. You may wait more than you normally do in a doctor's office, but that is because Dr. Orrok is giving as much time as she can to all of her patients. I think any wait time is worth the rare respect and kindness that Dr Orrok gives to you.
If I could rate her less than one star I would. She is wildly unprofessional and I've had a terrible experience with her.
