I never even stayed at this property, yet I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Hilton. I canceled my reservation and called the hotel the same day. I was sent a guest folio showing a $0.00 balance, so I had every reason to believe there were no outstanding charges. I was never informed that there was supposedly a $250 late fee. It was good for a quick night's stay. The breakfast was a nice bonus! Food was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. It was really nice to wake up to fresh brewed coffee at the coffee station! We got plenty to eat before starting our day. The room was ok, not bad. The room we got was really dark, and a slight smell of mildew. But it wasn't dirty or anything like that. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received. I had to cancel my reservation after my son's baseball team notified us that we would no longer be traveling to Jupiter. I called more than a week before my scheduled arrival, hoping the hotel would show some flexibility given the advance notice. While I understood the rate I booked had a cancellation policy, I was surprised that there was absolutely no willingness to work with me or make any accommodation. What disappointed... read more
