I had a terrible experience with ophthalmologist Barbara C. Breger, MD. First of all, the office conditions were completely unacceptable. The space was dusty, dirty, and unsanitary with visible rust, broken floors, and an overall neglected environment. It did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or professionalism. This was a very disappointing and concerning experience, and I cannot recommend this doctor’s office to anyone who values proper medical care in a safe and sanitary setting.
Had corneal abrasion/punchured. She patched me but then keep having corneal recurrent erosion from the punchured . Her paperwork confused lots of opthalmologist. No proper documentation. I learned she was a temporary md for kaiser. She told me to patch my eye with toilet tissue(2nd visit) No follow up either. Base by google. There is 30% you will have corneal errosion if you got hurt by corneal abrasion. It is a shame. I just hope she did properly document my file and did a follow up to another doctor if she was tired. I was 2 when an accident caused me to need her services. She has done work on most of my family. I have known her for over 40 years. Wonderful Doctor
