Dr MALIK made me wait from 11:45am to 1:33pm, to then (get this) rebook an appointment with another doctor to handle what I needed in the first place. If you need to fix a printer, have it handled before I get there or after I get there OR advise it's being fixed before I arrive. Surely you knew this would be an issue before I got there. If incompetence was in the Olympics you'd be taking gold, silver and bronze.

I have been attending Barbara Boulevard Medical Centre for a few years. Recently I have been seen Dr Prashanta Mallick and Dr Rinku Biswas. Both are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They have helped me a lot in my health journey, both in prescribing treatment and being proactive about my health. All of the staff have been great: Nurses, Physio, receptionists and pathology collectors.
