I started coming to BBMC almost 6 months ago - I had the best experience at all levels - Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful - process in place to make you feel attended to even during wait time (you consult with a nurse first and then see the Dr) - Dr Mallick was amazing and very thorough, I never had a similar experience with a doctor listening to me and investigating my symptoms thoroughly - I also like that when Dr Mallick is not available there is always another Dr to quickly take any telehealth or script renewa... read more
I attended Barbara Boulevard in late March 2025 for a blood test. Nurse Dipti was friendly and proficient and when I told her that in past tests the nurses have found it difficult to find a vein. She immediately looked at my arm and agreed it was difficult so she chose the cannula approach and finished the job with ease and no pain or bruising. Dipti then made a note of this into my personal records to assist in future tests. Wonderful. Thanks Dipti.
Walked in for a blood test, sat down for over an hour for the doctor to tell me to leave and go to another center because she is behind on schedule. Packed in and very bad organisation from the receptionist who seems oblivious to everything
