Flee from Dr. Bilder, Don't let her talk to you as if she had any idea of what she is doing. She has none. If you have some small thing to do, a little implant or a cleaning, I do not know. But it is a major work, something important, just go somewhere else. She only cares about money, will extract very, very large sums from you and you will have to pay in advance, the best proof that she is convinced her results are terrible and you will not be pleased.
