I was admitted to the hospital on July 18th. At approximately 11:00 there was a drop in the baby's heart rate and I was brought into the operating room for an emergency c-section. Once in the operating room the baby's heart rate stabilized. Dr. Hessel explained exactly what was happening and the likelihood that if we did not do a c-section that I would wind up back in the operating room due to a drop in heart rate again. I am thankful I had Dr. Hessel by my side during such a stressful time!
Dr. Hessel was very patient and was very gentle. I like that she answers all my questions and concerns. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
Staff is nice and supportive. Doctor Hessel never rushes through an appointment and takes the time to answer all questions. Patient portal is very useful. There is a 15 to 20 minute wait sometimes (first appointments are the way to go), but nothing unreasonable.
i've been coming to Doctor Hessel for a few years now and have never received a negative experience here at the office. I love the staff and how comfortable they always make me feel, including Doctor Hessel.
I was well taken care of, everyone took the time to answer all the questions I had and walk me through the steps that would be taken.
The staff has always been extremely helpful and understanding. Dr. Hessel is a true professional and I would recommend her and do to all of my friends
I couldn't be happier with Dr. Hessel and her staff. They make my office visits easy to come to : )
