I have to disagree with the review above I have the Dr. also. When having to be seen right away if Dr. Hannaway is not available they get you in with an associate who is. If the issue is something that is urgent and needs more than a doctors care they refer you to the ER or Urgent Care. Because that is what your insurance provider forces them to do..... If you are in need of films it is more sensible to go to the former and not the latter anyway. I have never in the last 5 years had any issues with this doctors office they h... read more
Terrible Doctor's office! Some of the front desk staff are unprofessional. I called for a walk in appointment, was told at 9 am, doctor could not see me! Had to pay $50.00 at Urgent care! Urgent care did x-rays, I had pneumonia! This was Not the 1st time Dr. Hannaway couldn't see me & I had to go to Urgent care! After the incident with me having pneumonia I changed primary doctor!
