Barb Banman was a thorough professional in handling our home sale. She was always there when we needed an answer or had a question. She explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. We were lucky in that our home sold in 2 days, so there wasn't a lot of leaving so the house could be shown. In the end, she was with us every step of the way through closing. She is "A # 1" with us, and had taken excellent pictures of our home for the marketplace. She will do the same for you if you contact her.
Barb was fantastic through our whole process of selling our house. Had some complications with new house we were buying out of state and Barb was there to offer solutions. When it came down to paperwork, questions, etc., Barb knew more about everything than our banker!! Barb was a huge blessing in our selling process.
