I was gifted a Baratza ************* grinder that stopped working after a month due to clogging as a result of a manufacturing defect (missing a paddlewheel). I determined with a Baratza Support representative this was the cause of my grinder not working, and asked for a warranty swap. They replaced the unit but not before another rep chimed into the email chain and suggested that my paddlewheel had broken due to overuse (when there was no paddlewheel to begin with) and that theyd have to **** the rules to replace the defect... read more
