Don't buy their stuff, customer service sucks. They won't take any calls because apparently their email is backed up. Yes, they won't take calls because they are overloaded with emails. So you can add to their overloaded emails and just hope they get to it at some point.
They do not even really read customer messages. They reply just to reply only to throw you on your country retailer. Will not buy again for sure. (we have to trash a 600€ grinder because of VERY poor support)
Totally not worth the cost. I have a sette wi. Company said that is designed for grinding ~62grams per day. 600-700€ to grind 4 coffees is extreme. My grinder keeps breaking gearboxes (4 of them in 6 years) about 70€ each. Plus one pcb and 2 motors about 100 each. Definitely not worth the money and frustration. Will look on a different maker who respects clients
Baratza is an amazing company! I have an old (really old) Encore grinder which has had some failures. Baratza has the parts for me to buy and fix myself which has been amazing. What they do is go above and beyond, they have helped me troubleshoot the issue and have provided various parts free of charge even though the warranty has long expired. If you’re looking for a coffee grinder, look no further! You have a customer for life! Thank you!
