Esther is the BEST she is incredibly talented and so friendly, I would trust only her to make my hair gorgeous
Worst customer service ever. Lied to me about ordering supplies over $300. I went back in they lied and said they ordered something else because the previous things I needed were not available. Still did not arrive, let's see if I get a refund. I had to call numerous times to even figure out it was never ordered in the beginning. No one would call me back. Probably the worst customer service I have had at a beauty supply. They also way over charge from doing my own research online.
I ordered hair extensions they said they would be 3 to 5 businees days. After the 5th business day I called them and they said that I was given the wrong information and could not give me a date when they would be in. I had to call back five times just to find out the truth, someone was supposed to call me back and never did. Terrible customer service.
Always such an amazing and calm experience when i enter! Someone is always willing to help!
